2009 National Summit
In June 2009 IGD convened a National Summit in Washington, D.C., featuring keynote speakers General Colin L. Powell and General James L. Jones. Speakers, including CEOs such as Neville Isdell formerly of Coca-Cola, Terry McGraw of McGraw-Hill and Jeff Immelt of GE, exemplified the power of business leadership in promoting poverty reduction.
